Terms of Business

1. Parties

These terms govern all purchases from JM Ornaments, a jewellery findings manufacturer based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India (GST: 24DIXPS3873M1Z4). "Buyer" refers to any business or individual placing an order.

2. Minimum order quantities

All orders must meet the per-design MOQ. Mixed-design orders are accepted provided each individual design meets its respective MOQ.

3. Pricing

Prices are quoted per piece or per metre in Indian Rupees (INR) or UAE Dirham (AED) for UAE buyers. Prices are based on prevailing metal spot rates at the time of quotation and are valid for 7 days. We reserve the right to revise prices before order confirmation if metal rates change materially.

4. Payment terms

• 100% advance payment required to commence production.
• Accepted methods: NEFT/RTGS bank transfer (India), wire transfer (international), UPI.
• Production begins only after payment confirmation is received.
• No cash payments accepted for orders above ₹2,000 (per IT Act Section 269ST).

5. Lead time

Standard lead time is 7–14 working days from payment confirmation, depending on order volume and design complexity. Custom die work (new designs) may require an additional 7–21 working days. We will confirm lead time at the time of order acknowledgement.

6. Shipping

Domestic orders (India) are shipped via insured courier. International orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to UAE under the India-UAE CEPA. For other international destinations, terms are EXW Ahmedabad unless agreed otherwise. Shipping cost is quoted separately and added to the final invoice.

7. Quality & returns

All findings are inspected before dispatch. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the Buyer must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence. We will replace defective items or issue a credit note at our discretion. Returns are not accepted for change of mind or design preference.

8. Intellectual property

All die designs and catalogue images are the property of JM Ornaments. Buyers may not reproduce, distribute, or share design images without prior written consent. Custom dies produced for a Buyer remain the property of JM Ornaments unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued business with JM Ornaments after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
